What if the part of you that you've been fighting for years is also where your greatest strength is hiding? Carl Jung called it the shadow — and he believed it holds far more than your darkness. In this video, we explore where the shadow comes from, why the people who irritate you most often reveal what you've buried in yourself, and why we project not only our darkness onto others, but our gold as well. Drawing on Jung and on Jungian analyst Robert A. Johnson, we look at a simple, practical way to stop the inner war — giving the hidden side of you a small, conscious place instead of letting it erupt on its own terms.
