How CivicShift Works

Every design in the CivicShift series started the same way: with a conversation, and an honest look at how things really work. This is how CivicShift works with you, from the first call to a finished design. A short discovery sets the scope and the assessment is built to fit. Terms come in plain language, with no A.I. on your data, your information kept in Canada and deleted after delivery. Staff answer anonymously, with groups under five withheld; leaders and council are interviewed. Documents are checked as evidence, and a finding is confirmed only with three independent voices and a document. The results become one report and a live dashboard, and each recommendation becomes a design your own team builds.
