Every Formula 1 season since 1950 in one chart: which driver has scored the most points of all time, the drivers' and constructors' championship of every season, and which team has scored the most points of all time, from Alfa Romeo and Fangio through Ferrari, Lotus, McLaren and Williams to Schumacher, Hamilton's Mercedes, Verstappen's Red Bull and today.
Lines: each driver's career points of all time, race by race (line colour = the team at the time). A gold ring = world champion. Bottom: constructor points of all time. Right: the final drivers' and constructors' standings of each season, with the champions.
Note: points systems changed many times (a win was worth 8 points in 1950, 10 from 1991, 25 since 2010), so modern teams collect points much faster. Career and all-time totals use the points as scored (race + sprint), without the old "best results only" rules; before 1979 only a team's best-placed car scored for the constructors. The constructors' championship only started in 1958; earlier seasons show the unofficial team totals. The 2026 season is still running (data up to the United States GP).
