This is the batch video of IAS RR Batch 2013. The song in the background is the official anthem of LBSNAA; a Bengali song composed by Shri Atul Prasad Sen, and the Academy has modified it by introducing the translation of the first two lines in Hindi, Tamil and Marathi. The song embodies the spirit of Indian Administrative Service and thus a constant inspiration for all the officers.
