Grandia ReDux Boss #1 - Rock Bird

Grandia ReDux is a hack that modifies many things in game. Character stats are greatly changed, skills are buffed/nerfed, equipment changed, new items/spells, and most importantly, the difficulty has been rebalanced to provide a more challenging game overall. Head here to find patches for both discs: http://grandiaredux.blogspot.com/ ISOs should be easy enough to find on your own. Now then, the first boss of the game isn't too much different. More HP, higher STR & WIT, Fire Orb hits harder, and Rock Feather's charge time was changed. Complete physical trampling will see you through this fight. Do your best to cancel out Fire Orb if it charges that up, otherwise you will likely need to devote both characters to healing the next turn. So long as either character stays above 20 HP, you'll do fine. In this video though, Rock Bird derped up big time. It only got in two attacks, both aimed at Justin. Probably the best run of the boss I had. Still fidgeting with Fraps settings so bear with me here until I settle on good setups. Not making any promises with regards to seeing this through all the way either until I know I can keep this up.
