Lingual Frenectomy Post-Operative Exercises

A lingual frenectomy is a very simple procedure used to correct a tongue tie. After releasing the extra band of tissue holding the tongue down, it is important to exercise and retrain the tongue to aid in proper healing and prevent reattachment. This video will take you through a series of exercises to be completed after a tongue tie release procedure.
