SonderGen lets you declare once how work should reach you and never infers what you didn't say. Work assumes one default operating style. Everyone who differs from it pays: neurodivergent people when instructions are vague, people new to a job in jargon nobody explains, disabled people in how much there is to read and hold in mind. Same failure, three groups, one mechanism. You declare how you work best — how much detail, whether to unpack jargon, whether deadlines must be explicit, whether you want one task at a time. It's stored as a record you own. The agent then takes a piece of real work here, a shift handover at a wildlife rescue notices what's missing from it, asks about the gap, renders it to your declared profile, and writes a real Salesforce Task once you confirm.
