I Made a Tiny Air-Dry Clay Palette & Painted a Pumpkin 🍂 | Relaxing Art

Inspired by autumn, I make a small palette out of air-dry clay and use it to paint a cross-section of a pumpkin in watercolor. The whole process was very meditative and calming. I enjoyed it so much, and I hope I managed to share some of that joy with you through the screen. To be honest, this experiment didn’t turn out quite as well as I’d hoped. This material doesn’t work well with water, and the acrylic coating didn’t help much either. The palette only lasted for a few uses, so I’ll be making a more durable version in the future.
