Building the Brian May Red Special Guitar Replacement Neck:. Part 1

"Two years ago, I built this legendary Brian May Red Special guitar for a customer. Now, he's back for a second replacement neck—and this time, we are doing things a little differently! In this video, I take you through the workshop process of crafting a bespoke guitar neck tailored precisely to the player's evolving preferences. We are dialing in custom thickness, a brand-new neck profile, and a completely different fretboard radius to radically change how this unique guitar plays and feels. Whether you love Brian May's iconic design or you're just fascinated by custom lutherie, precision woodworking, and neck-shaping techniques, this build is packed with detail."
