Oprna bay and Zaglav beach, Čižići and Omišalj town, Krk island, September 2026

It was a hot again today—nearly 30 degrees. The sea, however, is currently a perfect 24 degrees. I had initially planned to go to the beautiful Oprna Bay, but I changed my mind and turned left toward the neighboring Zaglav Beach, where there appeared to be fewer tourists. In the evening I had planned to take a mud bath in Čižići, but I was too late. It was low tide and the sun was setting already. So, I decided to head to Omišalj town for an evening walk instead.
