How can I live life knowing it’s all going to end? (spoiler: I’m crying the whole time)

Hi friends and family. Today we dive deep, real deep, into my thoughts of love and pain. Into my biggest fears… I have no words that are not already on the video. Being fully present in the moment just doesn’t feel like enough, and although knowing that we will all end up in the same place is comforting, knowing that it will end for all of us one day is heartbreaking. God please continue to hold my hand through this crazy journey we call life. Kind comments are welcomed.
