ATH 8/2 competition comes to St Albans only at HAF

ATH 8/2 is coming to Hybrid Athlete Fitness on *Saturday 7 November 2026* — and tickets are available now! 🔥 Grab a partner and take on eight challenges covering strength, cardio and sled work, followed by a 1,200 m relay. Each section lasts eight minutes, with volunteers counting reps and keeping time. Enter as a **female, male or mixed pair**. There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall in each category, and spectators are welcome to come and support for free. 🎟️ *£60 per pair* 🕛 Start times run from *12:00–16:00* in 10-minute slots 📲 Purchase your pairs credit through the HAF app or Hybrid Athlete Fitness website. Once registered, you’ll receive a message to choose an available start time. Slots are first come, first served, and tickets are limited. Full competition rules are available on our website.
