Homemade STK5441 replacement module - Will it Work?

This is a proof of concept STK5441 substitute voltage regulator module using discrete, readily available components. I cobbled it together quickly. I am no electronics engineer so please excuse any crudeness of the design. Since this is part of a power supply, build at your own risk. I make no guarantees. I’m sure it could be done better.
