Welcome Note by Humble Devassy Chirammal - Cloud Native Summit Kerala 2026 Opening

Humble Devassy Chirammal, CNCF Ambassador and Kubernetes maintainer, delivers the opening welcome address at Cloud Native Summit Kerala 2026. He shares a powerful community story about how mentorship transformed lives—from a badminton shop salesperson to a cycle mechanic—demonstrating the ripple effect of community support. As lead organizer for CNS Kerala and core organizer at LibraMinds, Humble introduces Kerala's biggest cloud-native conference featuring 40+ speakers from 35+ companies. The event covers Kubernetes, platform engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, observability, security, and modern infrastructure with keynotes, panel discussions, lightning talks, and unconference sessions. The summit brings together developers, engineers, architects, technology leaders, students, and cloud-native enthusiasts for a full day of learning, networking, and community building. Special thanks to sponsors VMware by Broadcom, Red Hat, Vultr, and community partners including CNCF, CNCG chapters, and Women in Cloud Native.
