Deep Glute Massage on Track Athlete | ASMR Massage

Very deep Glute, hamstring, calf massage by bodyworker Sam Katz of Katzhealing.com in an ASMR Massage form. Some really high level techniques to see and learn here. It's wild how much this work helps. This was recorded aprill 2022 when i tore my left adductor lifting weights and only 2 months after i tore my right hamstring sprinting. What's great about trading with a fellow bodyworker who also wants to get better as an athlete is that your bodywork has to improve so you can improve. We were able to trade for a few years and its incredible how much our styles changed over time. Looking forward to releasing more videos.
