Renovating a Ruin in Greece. The Earthquake!

In 2020, we bought a beautiful old house in the mountains of Crete, Greece, with dreams of restoring it and turning it into a home. But shortly after we began the renovations, a major earthquake changed everything, leaving the house badly damaged and our plans on hold. After years of waiting for government funding and wondering if we would ever be able to continue, it finally looks like we can begin the renovation once again.
