Uzodimma Praises Security Agencies After NYSC Rescue

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma has commended security agencies following the release of 20 corps members kidnapped along the Onitsha-Owerri Road. Uzodimma says collaboration between security agencies and the Imo and Oyo State Governments helped secure the victims’ release. He says details of the operation were deliberately kept confidential because of concerns for the safety of those abducted. The governor also praised the victims' parents for their patience and called for continued confidence in efforts to address security challenges.
