An original collaboration song written as a heartfelt tribute to British farmers and their wellbeing, created with the HAWKSTONE FARMERS CHOIR in mind. Although my dream of them performing it hasn't been realised. I still believe in the song and its message. So Im sharing it in the hope it brings a little encouragement and support to the choir and the farming community as winners of this years BRITAINS GOT TALENT
