(Pt1) DANGEROUS Caravan STALLS Once a WEEK?!? ('P0882-TCM Power LOW)

Who doesn't love intermittent problems... But If it happens ONCE A WEEK, how do you have ANY chance of fixing it? This 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan has had a long history: it was involved in a deer collision 2 years ago requiring a PCM replacement, and a few months ago the transmission BLEW UP and had to be replaced as well. Now the owner says that the transmission will VERY randomly go into LIMP mode, even causing the van to STALL at low speeds. P0882-TCM Power Low is set in memory.
