Secret Society 🤫 The Worst Witch | Kids Telly

✨ It's Mildred Hubble's third year at Cackle's Academy and within a very short space of time she and her friends have landed themselves in trouble. Miss Cackle thinks it would be a good idea if they joined the Cauldron Club so that their spare time is more structured. Unfortunately, Ethel Hallow is in charge of the Club and insists that Mildred and her gang pass the initiation test before they can be admitted to the club. To Ethel and Drusilla’s horror, Enid, Maud, Jadu and Ruby pass the test easily, and they are forced to cast a spell in order for Mildred to fail. She leaves the Great Hall in tears. Miss Drill, who has also been having a difficult time, persuades Mildred that she mustn't give in but stand up for herself. Fenella and Griselda came to the rescue and asked Mildred if she would like to join their club – The Dangerous Old Books Society (DOBS for short) - in an old storeroom they've found down in the dungeons. There, Mildred finds all the rest of her friends who have come to the conclusion that DOBS is much more fun than the stuffy old Cauldron Club – much to the annoyance of Ethel and Drusilla.✨ Subscribe to see all your favourite kids' shows in one place! 🪀 https://bit.ly/4tmo2q3 🧸 About the show: The Worst Witch (1998) The Worst Witch follows the adventures of Mildred Hubble, a well-meaning but slightly incompetent witchette in her first year at the local School for Witchcraft, Cackle's Academy. Through her clumsy actions in Broom Aviation Class and Potion Study, she earns the wrath of the teachers, Miss Hardbroom and headmistress Cackle, who dub her The Worst Witch. But she soon makes a lot of good friends, like Maud and Jadu, and enemies like Ethel and Drusilla, who will do anything to get her thrown out of the Academy. Even though her muddled spells and frequently catastrophic accidents get her into the worst kinds of trouble, Mildred always seems to come out on top. 📺 Content distributed by ITV Studios #KidsTV #RetroCartoons
