ILS runway 4R into Boston Logan March 9th 2011

Weather was fine - 2,900' broken with good visibility. Nice 20 knot crosswind from the right kept it remotely interesting. Dunno if you can see the departing traffic on a crossing runway, runway 09 - they departed from left to right across our path.
