Advising Londoners: funding through partnership, not prescription (Greater London Authority et al)

This session explores the Advising Londoners Partnership—a bold, co-produced funding model led by the Greater London Authority in partnership with London Legal Support Trust and London Citizens Advice. Developed in response to the cost-of-living crisis, the model prioritised collaboration over competition, with delivery partners actively shaping how resources were allocated and services delivered. This approach prioritised a shared ownership model that fostered trust between partners, coordination, and long-term impact. The model also has strengthened the advice sector’s collective voice, enabled system-wide workforce development, and laid the groundwork for a London-wide advice strategy.
