Andrea’s family regularly gathers to cook and eat together, whether it’s for a special family celebration or just to enjoy each other’s company for the day. What a joy it was to spend the day with three generations of the family as they prepared a variation of Kolokopites. Kolokopites are Cypriot pumpkin pies traditionally made with a thick style pastry in a semi-circle shape.
