Two parts (Adagio ma non troppo, and Allegro) from Organ Concerto in A minor, Op. 100, by Marco Enrico Bossi (1861-1925). Performed by organist Kurt Grosse (1890-1936) with orchestra and conducted by Manfred Gurlitt (1890-1972). Two 12 inch 78 rpm’s Polydor from around 1928: 00:00 Side 1 (Polydor 95326, matrix B27341, 446 bi I) 03:37 Side 2 (Polydor 95326, matrix B27342, 447 bi I) 06:47 Side 3 (Polydor 95327, matrix B27343, 448 bi I) 11:02 Side 4 (Polydor 95327, matrix B27344, 449 bi I) The recording date and location are unknown to me! Perhaps it was recorded at the Hochschule (Fasanenstraße) in Berlin? As far as I know, Grosse was organist in Berlin in the Garnisonskirche (1903-1910), Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche (1910-1917) and the Berliner Dom (1917-1931). Additions welcome!
