Beef Birria Ramen - a delicious recipe from the Disneyland Resort to try this fall!!

Beef Birria Ramen: This can be found at the Lucky Fortune Cookery at Disney California Adventure Park at the Disneyland Resort. This is a pretty decent way to have Birria and I will be making it again, next time with a poached egg. If you are a Birria fan and a ramen fan, I highly recommend giving this a try. My husband had it the next day and loved it so be sure to save your leftovers!
