How to Replace Track Control Arms (Ford Escort / Ford Capri) | Tech Tip 02

Diagnosing front suspension problems can be a pain - there's a lot of parts up there. However, the usual suspect, for any classic Capri/Escort owners out there, is the Track Control Arms (TCAs). Let's take a look at how to remove these, fit new bushings, and refit. The car in the video is my 1978 Ford Capri running a Modified 2.0 Pinto Engine.
