The Project 774 Network convened a National Citizens’ Stakeholders’ Engagement on Countering Terrorism and Insecurity on July 31, 2026, at the Ladi Kwali Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel. Convened by HRH Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the 16th Emir of Kano, the engagement brought together grassroots leaders, traditional institutions, civil society organisations, and other key stakeholders in a collective effort to strengthen cooperation and contribute to the fight against terrorism and insecurity in Nigeria. It was a timely and important conversation on the role every citizen and community can play in building a safer, more secure and united Nigeria.
