Dropping into the new Winter Snowfall Update on PS5! Erangel has been transformed into a frozen wasteland with the new Subzero event, and the survival stakes have never been higher. 🏔️🔥 In this video, I’m testing out the major 2025 PS5 performance upgrades while navigating the new freezing mechanics. Watch as I deal with: The Freezing Blue Zone: A new mechanic where the blue zone now inflicts a freezing effect, forcing faster rotations and smarter plays. Frozen Terrain: Navigating across frozen rivers and snow-covered landmarks like Stalber and the Military Base. Tactical Snowfall: Using the new dynamic weather and blizzards to mask movements and track enemy footprints in the fresh snow. New Gear: Testing the BZ Grenade Launcher to flush enemies out of cover with freezing damage. PS5 Performance: This update highlights the transition to current-gen optimization, featuring improved 1440p at 60fps (or 4K on PS5 Pro), sharper textures, and faster loading times.
