اصحابِ کہف: 309 سال کی نیند (Surah Al-Kahf 18:9-26) | The Miracle of the Cave Sleepers What happens when standing firm in your faith costs you everything? In this video, we explore the miraculous Quranic account of the Companions of the Cave (Ashab al-Kahf) from Surah Al-Kahf (18:9-26). Learn how a group of young believers fled severe religious persecution under Roman emperor Decius around 250 AD [1-3], taking refuge in a mountain cavern where they made a sincere supplication asking Allah for mercy and right guidance [4, 5]. Discover how Allah preserved them in a deep sleep for 309 lunar years (300 solar years) [1, 6-8], protected by their loyal dog Qitmir at the entrance [9-11], and how their awakening with an ancient silver coin provided ultimate proof of resurrection [6, 12, 13]. Surah Al-Kahf is a central chapter of guidance, recommended for recitation every Friday to illuminate the believer's path [14, 15] and memorized for protection against the trials of Dajjal [16-18]. timestamps: 00:00 - Part 1: The Persecution & Choice of Faith 01:30 - Part 2: Fleeing to the Cave & Sincere Du'a 04:00 - Part 3: The 309-Year Sleep & Divine Protection 06:30 - Part 4: The Awakening & The Silver Coin (Peak Value) 09:00 - Part 5: Hidden Lessons for Modern Faith & Trial of Dajjal 11:30 - Outro: Final Takeaways & Weekly Friday Sunnah Key Topics Covered: • The historical background of Ashab al-Kahf (Sleepers of Ephesus/Jordan) [1, 2, 19] • The role of the dog Qitmir in guarding the cave [9, 10] • How Allah altered the laws of nature to protect their bodies and faith [7, 20] • The spiritual meaning behind "Walyatalattaf" (exercising gentleness) [8] • Why reciting Surah Al-Kahf every Friday shields us against trials [14, 15, 17] If this video strengthened your faith, please SUBSCRIBE, LIKE, and SHARE with loved ones!
