Peruvian Lomo Saltado - Tony's Comfort Kitchen

Peruvian Lomo Saltado is, to me, a fusion food dish. A mixture of South American and Chinese cuisines that works far better than I realised. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was one of the tastiest dishes I have ever cooked. The flavour was wonderful, and the meat was very tender.
