Gears are from farming, M.I Shop custommap, edit by hex tool,.. All gears are "legit" to game mechanic (not legitly farming from me as i said), possible to get in game. If you want to using this gears setup for your build and you don't have as good as these gears setup, you can using gears with less affixes/useful affixes. Ofcourse, it will reduced the build performance, but still good enough if you playing with strategy. This is my opinion about xmax gameplay, for single game no mod, it requires less game strategy and powerful gears than xmax alot, so you can free to do anything with much less powerfgul gears setup. Gears added 2 relics/charms using in video are gears with "of the tinkerer" suffix that only drop/sell in Atlantis DLC's map. "of the tinkerer" suffix allowed added 2 different relics/charms into item.
