About Rotary Shark Pond: Rotary Shark Pond is a flagship initiative of the Global Service Rotary eClub in partnership with Entrapov (Entrepreneurs Against Poverty). We provide vocational business training, mentorship, and interest-free startup capital to aspiring entrepreneurs across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda. Through our 12-week curriculum, entrepreneurs learn essential business practices—such as separating personal and business finances, maintaining daily Revenue and Expense Logs, managing cash flow, and identifying competitive advantages—to build sustainable micro-enterprises that lift families out of poverty permanently.
