You Have Been Adopted by God

You are not just surviving life with God watching from a distance. You have been brought into His family. In Romans 8:12–25, Paul reminds us that those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. We have not received a spirit of fear or slavery, but the Spirit of adoption — the Spirit by whom we cry, “Abba, Father.” This message, “You Have Been Adopted by God,” is a reminder that your identity is not rooted in fear, shame, or your past.
