How to hack your Korg Monotron Delay

This is another video reply to a request on where to find the schematics for the Korg Monotron delay. I haven't been able to find them myself but the circuit board is pretty well labeled with the solder points. With a little bit of experimentation its easy to work out the rest. The order of soldering on the video is: Red = Pitch Orange = gate Green & Yellow = some of my circuit bending points -- experimental only Blue =LFO ( input & output) - I'm taping the central pin of the LFO pot. White= filter cutoff Brown=VCO (out) Photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/69117150... Be very careful soldering onto your circuit board. Its very easy to overheat components and destroy your monotron. This is of course all experimental. Korg doesn't recommend any modifications. Please subscribe and happy circuit bending. :-) j
