PM 10:54 「何もしない休日」？「せっかくの休日」？

最近、休日の過ごし方が少し変わってきました。 以前は「せっかくのお休みだから」と予定を入れたり、何かをしようとしたりしていましたが、最近は気づけば家でゆっくり過ごしていることが多くなりました。 「今日、何もしていないな」と思うこともありますが、何もしない時間も、もしかしたらちゃんと必要な時間なのかもしれません。 今回は、そんな休日の過ごし方について、最近感じていることをゆっくりお話ししました。 Recently, the way I spend my days off has started to change a little. I used to make plans or find something to do because I thought, “I should make the most of my day off.” But lately, I often find myself simply staying home and taking it easy. Sometimes I think, “I didn’t really do anything today,” but maybe having time to do nothing is something I actually need.
