Nicoise Salad with Smoked Trout and Roasted Potatoes | Chill Silent Vlog | Healthy Summer Dinner

Tonight's dinner is a nicoise salad with a few non-traditional tweaks (roasted potatoes instead of boiled, canned smoked trout instead of canned tuna). There's a beautiful herb baguette with salted butter on the side.
