So many of us carry something without realising it.
Labels.
On our food. On our failures. On our bodies. And most of all, on ourselves.
We decide we're "this kind of person." That our job is who we are. That this is just the way things have always been.
And we build our whole lives around those labels — rarely stopping to ask whether they're even true, or whether they still belong to us.
This week's conversation is about what happens when you start peeling those labels away, and discovering just how much more you are underneath.

In this episode, we explore:
Why so many of us tie our entire identity to our job title — and what it costs us
The conversation with her brother about the "wealth of life" that shifted everything
How a back injury became the nudge toward a slow, sustainable health journey
Why change doesn't have to start with a dramatic moment — sometimes it's just showing up for 30 minutes
The labels we put on food, exercise, and ourselves — good, bad, right, wrong — and the power of letting things simply "be"
Where our labels first come from, and how early they take root
The internal battle of changing your identity, and the fear of what others will think
How becoming healthier can quietly change the people around you too
Why the hardest labels to release are often the ones we're most attached to
The value of having one secure person who believes in you as you grow
