Still a Lumi Team? - Lumi/Rebecca/Mornye【Wuthering Waves】

Rebecca does more dmg than Lumi in this rotation but I'm still counting it as a Lumi team. Yes, Rebecca and Mornye are S1R1. About the rotation: The couple of Rebecca basics at the start are the key to a fast Rebecca rotation. it allows you to swap off of her immediately after the time freeze lib. The delayed Lumi lib is so that it can contribute to the tune break build. otherwise it would only be one tune break per rotation. You can technically also do Lumi's minimal rotation for a faster rotation, but its more ER hungry and the tune breaks end up in awkward spots. I have gotten better results with this rotation. Hopefully I can speed it up slightly somewhere to get one final Lumi outro laser hit in before the timer runs out.
