This is my first time playing Alien: Isolation — but I’m jumping straight into Nightmare Mode, the hardest difficulty in the game. Expect jump scares, Working Joe chaos, and Xenomorph terror as I try to survive this horror classic. In Part 4, I find myself trapped inside the San Cristobal Medical Facility — and the Xenomorph never lets me forget it’s there. Every hallway echoes with tension, every corner feels like a death trap, and on Nightmare difficulty, even the faintest mistake means another brutal encounter. The Alien is relentless, and survival feels impossible. This is Part 4 of my full Alien: Isolation Nightmare Mode playthrough — I’ll be completing the entire game on Nightmare (the hardest difficulty).
