HEARING: Lindsay Clancy Murder Trial — MA v. Lindsay Clancy

Lindsay Clancy’s case returns to court on September 29 for a key status and trial assignment hearing following the mistrial in her first trial. The defense is seeking a finding of not guilty and has also asked the court to examine the circumstances surrounding the juror who became the holdout during deliberations, while prosecutors are expected to address their plans for the case moving forward.
