01-13-2025 Buffalo, New York - Lake Effect Snow Disrupts Evening Commute - i-90 Shots - Plows

Snow has led to slow travel on interstates and highways across the area, including i-90. Plows can be seen out trying to keep up with the intense snowfall rates today. Strong winds have also led to areas of blowing snow across the area, which is also leading to reduced visibilities. Lake effect snow will continue off of Erie over the next few days, and a lake effect snow warning is in effect.
