Adventure off road trailer - building the chassis Ep.3 #2023

With the delays in deciding which suspension, hubs & brakes combinations would be best suited to this rather unique off-road trailer finally settled upon we can set to on building the chassis - the design of which couldn't be finalused until all these components were in hand. It's a slow process ensuring the chassis rails, cross members & draw bar/A-frame are all aligned correctly but once measured & messured again the welding didn't take too long at all. This video covers the fabrication & measurements together with tacking the various pieces together. Some general chat about the final design is included too.
