Travel Trailer Dexter Axle Self Adjusting Brake Failure & Replacement

We recently went on a 5,000 mile road trip and currently have 20,000 miles on our 3 year old trailer. At around 4,500 miles into our trip I noticed a really bad grinding noise coming from one brake assembly. I pulled off the tire and brake drum in a parking lot and while doing so parts from the brake assembly fell to the ground, it was a Saturday around 5 pm and we were half way to our next destination. In this video you will see what I found, what I learned about self adjusting brakes made by Dexter from a local Brake Shop, and the step by step of the replacement I performed.
