Cowboys Won 37–20… And I’m Still Not Buying It

Dak Prescott just made Dallas Cowboys history. Four touchdowns. Zero interceptions. 279 yards. CeeDee Lamb went for 153 yards and two touchdowns. Dallas beat Washington 37–20, and Dak passed Tony Romo to become the Cowboys’ all-time leader in touchdown passes. So why am I still not ready to trust this team? Because Cowboys fans have seen this movie before. Dak deserves every bit of credit for Sunday. He was accurate, decisive, and in complete control of the offense. But while 249 touchdown passes puts his name at the top of the Cowboys record book, the biggest questions surrounding this team haven’t disappeared. Dallas still has concerns in the running game. Washington lost Jayden Daniels during the game. And now a much bigger test is waiting. Baltimore. This video isn’t about taking anything away from Dak’s historic performance. It’s about what happens next. The numbers are there. The franchise record is there. Now comes the part of Dak Prescott’s story that could change how his Cowboys career is remembered. History is nice.
