Gengar is a very popular pokemon and I wanted to try him out with the Koga Bounce package and it's been quite fun and good! I think Hypno might be the ultimate way to go, but this also felt pretty solid. Sometimes it's hard to get Gengar online in order for him to do work, but when he's finally active, he is a MENACE!
