Infertility, heartbreak & finding joy again

After three years away, I’m back and sharing something deeply personal: my experience with infertility. As a woman in my mid-30s, I’ve spent the past few years navigating regret, uncertainty and the pressure of time, but I’m finally learning that infertility doesn’t have to consume my life.
