Starting a Small Leather Goods Business: My First Bag Prototype

I'm starting a small leather goods business, and it all begins with my first mini-satchel prototype! In this video, I'm taking you into the workshop as I work through the design, cut the leather, assemble the bag and discover a few things I'd definitely do differently next time. But this isn't just about making a bag. It's also about starting something new — developing ideas, learning as I go and figuring out how to build a small creative business alongside a full-time career. I'm drawn to practical, durable leather goods with a bit of character. Things that are made to last, age well and don't need to be fancy to be special.
