We Tried Cagayan de Oro’s Most Famous Food 🇵🇭 | Mindanao Food Trip

We’re exploring Cagayan de Oro through its food, culture, and one of the city’s well-known places to stay. 🇵🇭 Our CDO day starts at the Museum of Three Cultures, where we get a closer look at the rich history and heritage of Mindanao. Then it’s time for one of the highlights of this trip: a Filipino and Mindanao food experience at Cucina Higala. We tried local favorites including Humba de Oro, beef rendang, surol chicken, the colorful Magic Potion drink, and sizzling binaki. After a full day of exploring and eating, we check in at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, take you around our room, and end the trip with their breakfast buffet the next morning.
