Sul sul kittens! Here is the new build for my Copperdale save file! I wanted to create a motel in a PNW style with a shady vibe, the kind where teenagers hang out at night even though it’s not safe. I uploaded it as a residential lot, but in my save file it will be a vacation rental (I really hope we get actual hotels someday…).
