Breakout Session - Building the Workforce for a Nuclear Texas

This interactive session aims to identify where critical workforce gaps are emerging, explore how Texas can attract and prepare talent from both traditional and nontraditional pathways, and discuss how industry, education, and other partners can better align their efforts. Attendees will join the conversation to help identify practical actions that can strengthen the nuclear workforce pipeline and position Texans for the opportunities ahead.
